UAD 3.6 appraisal delivery for mortgage lenders
The date is not a training milestone. After November 2, most new GSE appraisals must be UAD 3.6. If your AMC cannot produce that report, secondary marketing does not get a 2.6 exception because the borrower applied in October.
The mandate date is a UCDP date
A loan that applied in October can still die in November if the appraisal is late. Build cutoff calendars for order, inspection, review, and submission. Do not let secondary marketing treat November 2 as a soft target.
LOS and archive work is not optional
ZIP packages, new SSR feedback, and ULDD Phase 5 property points have to land in the same system of record your examiners already know. If images live in a folder your QC tool cannot see, you bought a new report and kept an old review.
Transferred loans need a playbook
UCDP will not let a new lender reuse another lender's Document File ID. Keep the Successful Submission Summary Report with the transferred file and follow current GSE reuse policy. Do not resubmit a 2.6 report as a new 3.6 file just to change the loan number.
Hybrid and desktop still sit inside UAD 3.6
Inspection scope is data, not a side product. If DU or LPA offers a hybrid, the report is still a UAD 3.6 URAR with a property data collection behind it. Order the scope the AUS offered, then make sure the panel can actually produce it.
